• Order can be cancel until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on App/Website/M-site. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

 

  • You can return or exchange products within specific time after product(s) delivered to you with following conditions.

 

  1. Return can be made within specific time (*different times for different product as mention in product description page) of receiving the product by you.
  2. Used product or product not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
  3. Return policy only available for selected products.
  4. Product without its original packaging, freebies or accessories may be rejected.
  5. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty may be rejected.

 

  • In case return request product can be replace with similar product or exchange with other products (same value product or in case of more value, extra amount have to pay) or refund of the price of the product (excluding the shipping charges).

 

  • For return of product you will be required to courier the product in our address provided by us during the process.

 

  • Refund of the price of the product can be done with following conditions.

 

  1. Refund can be issued in case of successful cancellation or successful returns of a product and requests for a refund.
  2. Refund can be done credited the equal amount to customer or equal BullyBag money (BullyBag money may be use for purchasing other products from BullyBag) to the customer BullyBag account.
  3. In case of cancelled product refund will be done into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery (COD) mode amount will be credited to the bank account provided by customer.
  4. In case of returns the product and requests for a refund, once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation, we will send you an acknowledgement and refund will processed.
